I know this is not the right venue, but I'm not sure that venue exists, so I thought I'd give it a try. Please delete this post if it's considered inappropriate not just a long-shot.

I'm looking for a 2 bedroom house/apt with a small yard to rent for me, my one-year old daughter, and our dog. We can pay $1500 a month. We'd like to be in the Dimond because we like the neighborhood and it's close to my daughter's daycare.

I have a stable job, excellent credit rating, and a good relationship with my current landlord.

I don't remember the name of the person looking for a rental house, but I thought I would let them know that there is one for rent on Lincoln Ave and Demuth. The address is 3622 Lincoln Ave. I walked past it yesterday and noticed the sign.
