Sawyer Insect Repellent Clothing Treatment

If you’ve been attacked by chiggers while hiking or have experienced skin allergies related to your dogs, then you definitely should try this. I can’t believe after more than a year of dermatologist visits and researching solutions for my skin allergies (not to mention the thousand of dollars in Vet bills that resulted in zero help) - I finally found out about Sawyer’s permethrin products. Permethrin is a lotion mainly prescribed by doctors for scabies, but what is less known is it also works as reppellent and insecticide for mosquitoes, flies, chiggers, mites, etc. Sawyer developed this product with the military - they use permethrin to soak their uniforms and tents. The repellent works for 14 days after soak. It is completely safe to use on skin (accordingly, of course). Works for dogs too. However, it is poisonous to cats.
