harmful plants

I am trying to find out what happened to East. I discovered this list of plants that are harmful to dogs.  We have lots of these in our yard, and East does not discriminate when it comes to eating. Our vet told us to put him on a diet, and I’m worried he has been eating other things when hungry. (This is breaking my heart.)
